Warranty & Replacement Policy

2-Year Warranty — Frames & Lenses

Your eyewear is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in both the frame and the lenses.

If a verified defect appears within two years, we will replace the affected part with the same model or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, bending, impact, heat, water, etc.)

  • Scratches on lenses or normal wear

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic aging over time


Lifetime Lost Replacement — One Time, Anytime

If you ever lose your glasses, we will replace them once, free of charge, at any time in your life.

There are no forms or bureaucracy.
Simply contact our support team with your order email.

Important:

  • Limit: one lifetime lost replacement per customer

  • Applies only to the original purchaser

  • Replacement may be the same model or an equivalent available model


30-Day Returns

You may return your eyewear within 30 days for any reason.
Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories.


No Repairs

We do not perform repairs.
All approved claims result in a replacement only.
