DELAYED DELIVERY OF SOME PRODUCTS

Why is my order delayed?
Our products are imported from international suppliers (Switzerland, the United States, and Asia). Due to global logistics, some delays may occur because of:

Customs processing: Clearance may take longer than expected.

International shipping: Delays during air or sea transport can happen.

High-demand periods: Holidays and promotions can increase order volume, affecting delivery times.

Weather conditions: Severe weather may impact shipping and delivery.

Unexpected events: Strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen issues may delay delivery.

We’re doing our best to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.


WHEN IS PAYMENT CONFIRMED?
Credit card payments are usually processed immediately, but may take up to 2 business days.

All delivery times are counted from the confirmation of payment.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will be sent to the email used during purchase within 7 business days after payment confirmation.


I CAN’T SEE ANY INFORMATION ON MY TRACKING NUMBER
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. Please allow this time before checking again.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Products are shipped directly from our international suppliers or third party logistics (USA, Europe and Asia). Delivery takes 3 to 9 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Shipping occurs within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.


WE GUARANTEE A TRACKING NUMBER TO MONITOR YOUR DELIVERY
NOTE: Delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand at postal services, or other events beyond our control.


INSURED SHIPPING
If your order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment, we will issue a full refund.
NOTE: You may receive more than one package if your items come from different suppliers.


ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped via local postal services or private carriers, and a tracking number will be emailed once available.


HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you receive your tracking number, use tools such as Shop, FedEx, UPS, or USPS to track your order.
Tracking updates may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.


I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT I’M HAVING TROUBLE TRACKING MY ORDER
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for tracking information to become available.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you entered the wrong/incomplete address: Contact us as soon as possible.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We ship exactly as provided.


Recipient Not Available
Make sure someone is available to receive the package. Carriers make three delivery attempts. If no one is available, your order will be sent to the nearest post office for pickup within 7 days. Otherwise, it will return to the sender, and reshipping fees will apply.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your order is returned due to an address issue, a new shipping fee will be charged.


CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT COLOR OR MODEL?
Orders cannot be changed after payment. However, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, in line with our return policy.


CANCELLATIONS

I want to cancel an order that hasn’t arrived yet.
Orders cannot be canceled after payment. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

I want to cancel/exchange/get a refund for an order I received.
Returns for dissatisfaction are accepted within 14 days, and for defective products within 30 days. Please follow our return policy guidelines.


EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

My item arrived damaged and I want a replacement.
You can request a replacement for defective items within 21 days of delivery.

I’m not satisfied and want a refund.
Returns for dissatisfaction are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Follow our return policy guidelines.
