30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With all tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide your return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

We understand that life happens — sunglasses get lost.
That’s why every pair of Senzatempu sunglasses includes a one-time lifetime lost replacement, free of charge.
How it works:

You lose your sunglasses — anytime, whether it’s in 3 months or 10 years.

Email us at support@senzatempu.com with your original order details.

After verification, we’ll ship you a brand-new replacement pair for free.
This benefit can be used once per original purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Worn intimate clothing

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 30-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize the posting.
